Since June 2012, the City of Saint-Etienne has been associating designers with neighborhood councils with the aim of improving the living environment. With the aid of technical teams, the designers have studied the neighborhood contexts, listened to the inhabitants and conceptualized projects in the form of sketches and scenarios of use, which are then presented to the council.

The dozen or so projects will be exhibited in the lobby of the City Hall, with scenography by the three design teams who have been accompanying the citizens to formalize their ideas.
