Design salé sucré consists of a joint project between a traditional food company and a designer. The aim is to create a new product, re-think an existing product, or to adapt the packaging.
The resulting product is put on sale at the sales outlet of the food company during the Biennial and beyond, with a promotion by the Saint-Etienne Metropolitan Tourist Office.
Receptions are organized by the company at fixed times in the shop, throughout the Biennial, to present the work in the presence of the designer.
Exhibition dates 13th to 31st March 2013 - special reception times in the shop.
