Holocène

The Médiathèque de Tarentaize plays host to Holocène, an "ephemeral" publishing house, site of a collaboration between Anaïs Borie and Sylvain Julé. By exploring the relationship between time and image, it offers the visitor a visual experience centred on perception. Two projects are thus exhibited: a digital installation explores our instant relationship with the image, the visible and the legible, whilst a series of posters question the place of the line, the word and even the letter, as a visual image, based on a corpus of texts taken from the media library's collection.
