Bryce Detroit is the evolutionary emcee and pioneer of Entertainment Justice and 21stCenturyHipHop. A national award-winning music producer and curator, Detroit is the co-founder of Detroit Afrikan Music Institution, where he uses entertainment arts and community cultural legacies to promote new Afrikan and Indigenous narratives, cultural literacies, and new cooperative music economies. In parallel, Detroit grows intersectional communities as Director of Cultural Programming for Center for Community Based Enterprise Detroit, Director of Commons Relations for East Michigan Environmental Action Council, and as a founding member of Oakland Avenue Artists Coalition and Detroit Future Youth Network.
